Fluent in Spanish, Maria’s ability to navigate cultural, linguistic, and geographical challenges—both locally and internationally—has made her an exceptional leader in dynamic environments.
Maria’s experience spans roles such as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica, and 20 years as an Executive Director/CEO with diverse organizations across Southern California. Her academic credentials include a degree in Quantitative Business Analysis from Pennsylvania State University, a Certificate in Teaching English as a Second Language from UC Irvine, and graduation from Third Sector’s Interim Executive Academy. She is also a proud member of the Bay Area Interim Executive Director Group.
